Limited Team Spots, (VERY IMPORTANT)

Please note that we have a limited number of team spots available for both local and Caribbean teams. The general policy regarding allocation of spots for Caribbean teams will be coordinated between FLL-Caribe, and with FLL offices in the US and Denmark. But we urge Caribbean Teams to please apply early.

 

Championship Event Info

Our Championship Events are held in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic . There will be at least one station of judges and referees fluent in english for International teams.

Language

Although the official Language of the Dominican Republic is Spanish, every Caribbean Team will be assigned a local Team Ambassador fluent in English.

Caribbean Team Registration Info

You may register your team online in our Registration Page for Caribbean teams.

Registration fees for Caribbean teams will have to be paid via wire transfer. This fee does not include transportation of the Challenge set to your country. We can coordinate with your team the best method of transportation for your particular country, and locally deliver the package to the carrier/courier, but you would be responsible for transportation costs. Transportation

Several airlines travel to and from the Dominican Republic and (some) Caribbean islands. There are also daily flights to and from Miami/Fort Lauderdale and Santo Domingo. Please check with your travel agent and plan well ahead of the tournament date. There will be local transportation (private buses) from the hotel to and from the tournament venue only. In the coming weeks, we will set up a Transportation page with additional information. 

 

Lodging

Although there are many hotels in Santo Domingo, we will work with one local hotel, to offer our visiting Caribbean teams special group rates. Please check with us later for booking information.
